dota on the go sa cebu

For me " gecube cafe" has the best dota players and teams to ever play in cebu! or ari mag kita tanang banggi-itan and show off there GOD given talent!!! if you havent heard of players there then your not in to DOTA in cebu!! period!!!
I interviewed one of the player there and his name was eric a.k.a galvs182

there is no such thing as BEST DOTA PLAYERS. but there is such a thing as best dota TEAM since it's a 5v5 game. no single player can stand a chance against a single team.

and if i recall it right, if you want to know the best dota player, GeCube did hold a 1v1 dota tournament and the player that one that was from Tres De Abril Labangon (CIT backgate) and not from any of the cafes you mentioned.
